  Having bought and sold several properties in the past and experiencing the ins and outs, ups and downs roller coaster ride of real estate, Noemi set a new benchmark.

  From the first meeting till beyond settlement, Noemi's professionalism, attention to detail and keeping us informed at every stage made the entire process flow smoothly. 

  Going above and beyond our expectations, Noemi sought out numerous potential properties for us to purchase while also managing our sale - literally walking us through each and every one and taking away and stress of price negotiations with other agents.

  Although the weather was not on side and it stormed on each and every inspection, we had up to 20 parties inspecting at each open home thanks to Noemi's resilience and sales abilities. • Noemi Guttmann worked with us in November / December 2013 to achieve an exceptional result for the sale of our home.

  We explored a number of options ahead of signing up Ms Guttmann, as we’d previously worked with another selling agent, very successfully, who had since moved overseas. This meant that at every turn, Noemi had what I would describe as our ‘very high’ expectations to live up to. She didn’t let us down.

  For most people, certainly for us, our home was our biggest asset, and finding the right agent who we felt confident in was an important decision. Noemi was ‘straight’ with us from day one. She asked lots of good questions, she listened, she took our feedback on board, and she never once tried to ‘talk down’ our expectations about the result our property could achieve in the market. In fact she did quite the opposite, and actually raised our expectations.   Noemi also has that ‘X’ factor that many other agents can only strive for. She is genuine, candid and determined. A combination of qualities that many others lack. This means she can have frank conversations with you, as the seller, but perhaps more importantly, she can connect with buyers – who have over the last few years become increasingly switched on and particular in their search for property. The value of Noemi’s personal determination to achieve a successful result cannot be underestimated. While some agents don’t seem to do any call backs these days, she is all about the call backs – and it’s only through having real conversations with prospective buyers that you can truly start to understand their needs and aspirations. She is anything but the lazy agent who sits back and waits for people to come to them. Her drive and determination, combined with professionalism and charm, are what gets results.

  Finally, don’t be fooled by the way Noemi presents herself. Her immaculately turned out appearance is just a reflection of her strong work ethic and driven nature.
